The Chemical Composition of Monel K500 is 2% Iron, 63% Nickel (plus Cobalt), Aluminum 2.30-3.15%, 1.5% Manganese, Titanium 0.35-0.85%, 0.25% Carbon and Copper 27-33%. Monel K500 is widely used for its ease of fabrication. As such, it has use in many applications and industries like oil and gas, paper production, electronic sensors and components, chemical industry, etc. The Density of Monel K500 is 0.305 lb/in³ 8.44 g/cc. Monel K500 has an Elongation at Break of 25%. Monel K500 has a Curie Temperature of -85.0 °F (-65.0 °C).
