Hastelloy C276 Welding Procedure

Hastelloy C276 welding procedure can be done by adopting different methods like GTA/TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc), MA/MIG (Gas Metal Arc) and SMA/Stick (Shielded Metal Arc). There are various other common welding techniques that are employed to weld Hastelloy C276 and these include RSW (resistance spot welding), EBW (electron beam welding), PAW (plasma arc welding) and LBW (laser beam welding). SAW (submerged arc welding) results in hot cracking and distortion, which is detrimental to Hastelloy C276 and that is why this welding technique is not used.
