Copper Precision ground bar is manufactured through induction hardening. Induction hardening is a non-contact heating process which uses electromagnetic induction to produce the required heat. Copper Centerless ground bar is typically produced by turning and grinding the surface to a specified size.
Copper Precision Ground Bar, also known as ‘Turned Ground and Polished’ shafting, refers to round bars made with fine precision and high-quality steel. They are polished to ensure flawless and perfectly straight surfaces. The manufacturing process is designed for extremely close tolerances for surface finish, roundness, hardness, and straightness which ensures a long service life with reduced maintenance.

Copper Round Bar Weight
Copper is one of the first metals to have ever been used by humans. Copper round bars are used in various applications such as power transmission equipment, transformer connectors, bus bars, control panels, electrical applications, earthing protection in electrical panels for H.T. and L.T., desalination plants, seawater pipes, etc. Copper round bar weight is easy to calculate as there are many free online calculators that will let you do so. Copper round bars are also used in gutters, skylight frames, radiators, building fronts, gaskets, spouting, roofing, etc. The reason why copper is so popular is because it offers a very high natural corrosion resistance.
Copper Rod for Earthing
In every electrical system, if there is one thing that plays a very critical role, it is earthing. Copper Earth rods are mostly made from solid copper or else they are made from stainless steel that is bonded with copper. Copper rod for earthing are very commonly used as they offer resistance to corrosion, they are very strong and also they cost comparatively less. Earth copper rods are also known as copper bonded grounding rods or copper bonded earthing rods. For the purpose of earthing, mostly copper is used. A good copper earthing system can safeguard both lives, as well as equipment.
